  It took 25 minutes to get my food. Then once I got home and I started to eat, That's when I realized that my chicken was over cooked and dry. Poor customer service and my food was a disaster.

  Never again. Long wait. Over cooked chicken. Asked for crispy and this is the the third time in a row they were out. My wing was incredibly small. No straw for my drink no spoon for my mashed potatoes and no napkins for my hands... WTF.

  Sat in the drive through waiting to order at least 5min at the speaker before someone spoke. Food is always mediocre at best and for the price, service and quality should be much better. If I wasn't getting something for someone else I would've drove away in disgust. Whoever owns this place must not care because it could be so much better

  I have been a regular customer here for years and the service was always fast and hot food prepared fresh. Once the lady who used to work nights, her name was Janna, quit its been horrible. I wont go to this taco bell anymore since that employee left. They have no type of organization and its total chaos in the dining room during dinner hours due to the employees acting a fool and playing around instead of taking care of their customers. I dont recommend this taco bell what so ever.
