  Me and my daughters went here after attending the Ariana Grande concert to grab something to eat. I have never been to a Hard Rock Cafe and won't be going back to this one! My 25 yr old daughter was refused a beer because they said her ID didn't look like her, if your waitresses are going to refuse to take a valid ID they need to learn how to tell if they are real or not.. They were rude and threw her ID at her twice , I have never ever experienced such rude service in my life! She tried to say I was yelling at her and I wasn't, we were close to the band and I was trying to talk over the music. We didn't stay, there is no way I was going to give them my money those girls have a power kick issue going on big time If we were trying to pull one over on them my 19 yr old would have tried to get a beer also! The waitress and bar manager need customer service training for sure! It was the way we were disrespected and treated like we are stupid when they are the ignorant ones. They even asked for a second ID my daughter had her bank card and showed the waitress her FB account and they still didn't believe her at that point they just didn't want to admit they were wrong! Most states have a thing called facial recognition when issuing drivers license now days making it almost impossible to get fake ids!

  My husband and I have tried going to this location on two different occasions. The first time, the whole place was closed for a private event. The second time, we arrived around 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. It was not overly crowded, but the service was terrible. It took forever for them to take our order. Once we finally ordered we were waiting for nearly an hour and a half for the food to come out. During the time we were waiting, a couple at a table behind us received and appetizer that was served cold, and the had it sent back. Also, our waitress never came to check on us. Because we had somewhere we had to be at 7, we had to just get up and leave. We left a couple dollars on the table for our drinks, but were not able to eat our food.

  First time ever visiting a hard rock. Atmosphere real neat. Food decent the host and hostess really friendly and upbeat. Giving it 3 stars bc our waitress wasn't the most friendly. Will we be back I'm sure, hopfully we will have a better waitress.

  Good food at a fair price. My husband loves the Cobb Salad and it has rotated off the menu, but they were still able to fix one for him. Great staff! Lots of memorabilia to look at.
