  Terrible customer service. I ordered a bagel and coffee. The server charged my card and did not give me my coffee cup or a receipt. I asked for a cup, filled it, and then sat down. They were busy, so I waited a few minutes for my bagel. After I'd seen the two people after me receive their food, I went to the counter to inquire and they told me they thought I had left. (I had been sitting in a booth 20 feet from the front counter) Apparently they had thrown the bagel out, so the same server pulls a new one out of the basket, cuts it in half, then forgets about it. Another server asks me if she can help me, and I tell her I guess they are remaking my food, so she finally remakes it and the original server hands me the bagel and says "this is on the house." The replacement bagel for the one I never got? I think that's a given. I inform him I already paid for it and he turns away. No coupon, no apology, nothing.
