  The employees were nice but this place definitely had way more people then it could handle. With the huge drive thru line and a few people in the store, I had to wait a bit longer than I would've wanted. The peppermint mocha was quite pleasant though.

  THIS Starbucks is WORTH the price. Unlike the Pendleton Pike location, the staff here REALLY are friendly and conscientious! SOOOO busy that I had to park in a neighboring lot, but the staff was calm, cool, collected and NOT self - important. When I couldn't get the app to play nice to order my drink ahead of time, I my order was "on the house" even tho the problem wasn't theirs -- they owned it because they ARE Starbucks, each location IS the face of the company. Other stores would do well to remember this!

  An awesome place to get superb drinks and eats and very customer friendly service! The best coffees and teas around, right smack dab in the middle of Historic Irvington District on the east side of Indianapolis!
