    Ordered a regular Mocha and a cream cheese bagel.
    The word Mocha frazzled the young lady behind the counter. I ended up with a cafe latte (or a chocolate-less mocha) but I did get coffee grounds in my drink.
    And I was served with a "can't heat up your bagel, Sir".
    Opportunity for better training apparently.
    It's all good though, Starbucks was just a few yards away. ;)
