  They are getting a 1 but if I could give a 0 I would. I was Very disappointed. I, the maid of honor, set a appt 2 wks in advance for a wedding cake tasting. We specifically asked for orange cake!!
  We walked in and the establishment smelled like someones grandmas attic i.e stale.
  The woman, dont know her name, wasn't inviting, no welcome to Brenda's, nothing! She just said have a seat and all go get the samples.
  So I asked her was it the orange cake....
  Lady - no. I didn't see that in the memo when I started baking, so I can give you vanilla and chocolate raspberry.
  And then she walked off. There was no Im sorry , or I got a cake baking it will be just a hint longer. She just disregarded us. She brought out this stale cake, didn't look freshly baked and walked off, yet again. The experience was so terrible the bride started crying, while sitting at the table.
  We informed her that we would be leaving and she rudely said "okay, that's fine"
  Her customer service was by far the worst, never would I recommend them to anyone.
